Membership gets you access to our workshops and equipment, but more importantly, you become a part of the community. We’re welcoming to both the complete beginner and the seasoned pro. Regardless of experience, we’re all here to hone our skills, to learn, and to encourage others as challenges arise.
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, members also have a say in how we operate through annual elections, where we vote on board members, bylaws adjustments, and major policies.
We offer several membership levels, each with different access times and benefits. No long term commitment – your level can easily be changed at the end of a billing period. Annual memberships are discounted – 12 months for the price of 11!
Yes, absolutely. All you have to do is cancel your membership in the Member Portal before your monthly dues payment is processed. The shortest membership length we can do is a month.
Yes! Just let us know before your next dues payment is processed.
No. We don’t offer refunds on membership dues.
Probably! Best to start a conversation with info@tvcog.net to be sure, though. We’ve seem plenty of odd projects. We may need to set some ground rules, but we’ll do our best to accommodate.
TVCOG does offer financial assistance! Assistance through our Community Access Fund programs is available for individuals with demonstrated need and for businesses meeting certain criteria. Learn more and apply here. If you don’t qualify for these programs, you can volunteer in exchange for membership dues credits after being a member for one month. Volunteers can earn up to 50% off memberships through volunteer credits.
