TVCOG Members
- Room reservations for private meetings are free. Use the links below to reserve a room.
- Staff approval and rental fees are required for the following (use the Event Request form below):
- Events
- Meetings open to the public and/or with entry fees
- Recurring meetings
- Reservations are booked in 1 hour increments (if you want to reserve 2 hours, you need to make 2 bookings)
- Maximum 4 hours per each Community Room reservation, and 2 hours per each Boardroom reservation.
- Maximum 2 reservations per member per month.
- Reservations are reviewed by COG staff, and will be cancelled if the above rules aren't followed.
Event Hosting & Non Member Room Reservation Requests
Anyone who would like to host an event at the COG, or non-members who want to rent one of our meeting rooms, shall submit a request.
- Requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. If approved, we will provide a contract for signature.
- Standard Rates:
- Community Room: $100/hour
- Board Room: $50/hour
- Kitchen: $50/hour

- Requests may be deined for events that conflict with our 501c3 status, or otherwise not in alignment with our mission & vision.
